Mini-KISS fucking ruled last night. The photographic evidence of the glory of the little people shall emerge from Amy later. They now have a chick singer who actually sings while the rest of the band is all faking it... although mini-Gene Simmons did hop back on the drums for one song and actually played them and did a drum solo. It was absolutely ridiculous and hilarious, but the woman could actually sing. And they had a bunch of dwarf fans up front! And they played on a 3" stage on top of the existing stage so we could see them. Halfway through the set mini-Paul Stanely ripped off her wig and half her outfit (hot!) and belted out Sabbath's "Crazy Train." As the audience sang along, mini-Gene bit the head off a rubber bat and blood came pouring out. If that's not your idea of awesome, I think we will have to stop being friends. This was possibly better than Stovokor, the Klingon metal band. Mini-KISS set the bar high for entertainment this week, we will have to see if the Cripples, Gloryholes and Hot Rollers can compete on Friday.

Free Jameson's all night wasn't bad either... although the crowd was kinda choady. It turns out the event was the "Jameson's Bartender Ball" so there were bartenders from all of Seattle's bars there. I watched some people have looks of horror when Jackie Hell and Ursula Android did their shtick on stage, suprisingly people haven't seen it before in this town. Since I had to work we didn't stick around for the Suicide Girls burlesque, but I did try out some fancy moves on the dancefloor when DJ Suspence was spinnin'.
